Julia Carpenter
Training Consultant & Clinician
Julia Carpenter is an equine seer, practitioner, clinician and the founder of The Two Step Way. The Two Step Way helps horse owners and caregivers learn how to be with their horses and how to really see them to promote connection, trust and health.
Julia is interested in helping animals, particularly horses, heal from trauma and has studied intently with that goal in mind. She has coined the phrase and teaches its deep meaning: “See the being.” She sees no problem horses, just problems horses and owners are having and their path back to harmony.

Hayley Johnson
Assitant handlet
Hayley’s journey with horses began when she inherited her great-grandfather’s mare following his passing. With very little previous horse experience, Hayley and her mare learned together, sparking a lasting interest in the equine world.
Hayley worked at several English and Western show barns. Those experiences gave her valuable hands-on exposure to horse care, barn operations, and a variety of equestrian disciplines.
