/ˈrānˌmākər/noun
A person, business, or organization that creates momentum for the REIN mission by turning connections, resources, talent, and influence into meaningful opportunities for REIN Mustangs by opening doors and transforming support into impact.

Mustangs are at the heart of REIN’s mission, but REIN may also assist other feral or at-risk equines when circumstances and resources allow.

Start by exploring our available horses and completing an adoption application. Our goal is not simply to find a home it’s to create the right match between horse and adopter based on experience, environment, goals, and the individual needs of the horse.

Not necessarily. What matters most is finding an appropriate match. Each horse is different, and REIN considers the adopter’s experience, support system, facility, goals, and ability to provide long-term care.

Yes! From bake sales and birthday fundraisers to school projects, community events, workplace campaigns, and creative challenges, there are countless ways to turn something you already enjoy into support for REIN. Click to find out how.

Yes. Sponsoring a specific REIN horse is a meaningful way to support their individual journey. Your sponsorship can help with feed, veterinary and farrier care, training, rehabilitation, and other needs as that horse prepares for a safe, successful future.

If support for a particular horse exceeds their current needs, REIN may direct the remaining funds where they can make the greatest impact for the horses in our care. Click for details.

Professional services can be donated from anywhere. Skills such as graphic design, marketing, grant writing, social media, video editing, legal support, website help, research, and administrative assistance can all make a meaningful impact even from miles away. Check Our Current Services Needs

Legacy giving is a way to create an impact that lasts beyond today. By including REIN in your estate plans, trust, will, beneficiary designations, or other planned gifts, you can help ensure future generations of Mustangs and equines in need continue to receive rescue, rehabilitation, training, and responsible placement.

Because planned gifts can have legal and tax implications, we encourage you to consult with your attorney or financial advisor when considering a legacy gift. Explore Legacy Giving.

Because REIN is a working rescue and training facility, visits and horse meetings are arranged by appointment only. This allows us to keep both visitors and horses safe while giving you the time and attention you deserve.

Donations help support the real costs of rescue including feed, veterinary and farrier care, rehabilitation, training, transportation, facility needs, and preparing horses for responsible adoption. Read about where your support goes here.

Every horse moves at their own pace. REIN considers their physical health, emotional well-being, level of trust, handling skills, training progress, and overall readiness for a new environment.
A horse is considered ready when we believe they can transition safely and successfully into a carefully matched home with an adopter whose experience, goals, and environment fit that individual horse.
